Safegress did a great job with the installation of an egress window to our older house. They gave a competitive quote, filed for the permit with good drawings, worked very hard with digging the well in our hard clay soil and did the installation well. There was a slight problem with the grading of the soil after installation because of heavy rains and Safegress went above and beyond by bringing us a big load of more soil free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone needing an egress window.

I hired Safegress to install a egress window in my basement. Fred was able to assess the job on the telephone with me using satellite images. He was even able to find the time to have the job done the following week rather than wait their normal three week waiting period. To say I am happy with the service Fred provided is an understatement. The crew arrived exactly at the promised 8am start time and was very precise in all of their work. They worked the entire day till nighttime to make sure the job was done right and perfect. I am very happy with the craftsmanship and couldn’t ask for more. We are really happy with the window wells installed by Safegress. Ulizes and Obed worked very hard to get the work done in one day, and it was a lot of work. We had three basement windows that would leak in heavy rain and now we feel confident that the issue has been addressed. They definitely know what they are doing. Would recommend!

Safegress are the best! We had a great experience with the entire team from the initial contact for the estimate to the installation. When the gentleman came for the estimate, he explained all our options with prices upfront with surprises or hidden cost. Once we agreed on what style we wanted and our budget, we signed the contract and they scheduled us quickly. We did pay for them to do all the townships permits (optional), it made so much easier. Took them about 2 and half days from start to end. They came and cleaned everything up after all was done. Township came out and all was perfect. We did have to frame and close the window ourselves but that is mentioned upfront and in the contract, once again no surprises. We had one small hiccup afterwards which was the dirt around the window well outside but it was due to all the rain and wind that spread the dirt away made a holes by the well, but as soon as I contacted them, they came right out and filled them up and it looks perfect!!! This team is great! I would recommend them to anyone looking to have an egress window installed!! The township came out for the final permit and gave us our certificate which is now a legit livable space and added bonus to our home! Thank you guys so much and thank you Saul and Fred for all the help!!!!!

The work was extremely professional, clean, and done to the highest standards. The two laborers were absolutely professional, and a joy to watch perform.

Safegress team did a wonderful job with our two egress windows. They did a thorough and clean job throughout the process. Their team is quick and efficient and very hard-working. Our basement looks great with these new additional features. One thing to note though is that the fastest way to communicate with them is via text messaging. If you prefer to have communication mainly through phone calls, you should let them know ahead of time before the work starts.

Installed 3 egress windows of high quality in our now livable safe basement. Very satisfied with the skills of the workers and how there was no mess left behind. The owner was always involved during the process and was responsive to Text, voice, and email 24/7.Will highly recommend them to anyone looking to have egress windows installed.

I would give 10 stars if I could!!!! If you are looking to put in an egress window (which you absolutely should) YOU NEED to hire Safegress! They are extremely professional and such GOOD people. We could not be more thrilled with our end results. If you don’t want headaches or worries, you need to hire them. We cannot believe the amount of sunlight our egress window brings in and the window absolutely looks beautiful!!
